On Nov. 12, a fashion show of golf wear (castelbazak) was held under the Eiffel Tower.Twenty-one thousand Koreans watched it.This is incredible in the face of the spread of COVID-19. In fact, this was done online.The technology used is Extended Reality (XR).XR encompasses virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). That's why the fashion show was named XR.The XR fashion show was created in collaboration with Space Elvis (XR Metaverse Company) and SuperBig (Digital Fashion Content Company). Live commerce (real-time commerce) has been incorporated into this.The clothes that the actual models wore and walked out of the virtual space (under the Eiffel Tower) are starting to sell like hot cakes.Goose-down jumpers are expensive, but sales have increased 120 percent compared to the same period last year.

It is a unique scenery that was not seen before the spread of COVID-19.The hearts of the MZ generation were captivated by XR. An official from Castelbazak said, "We are proud to be the world's first golf wear brand to host a new concept XR fashion show through virtual space," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to understand the trend of the times and provide new services to consumers." The XR fashion show was sponsored by the Korea Creative Content Agency.The Korea Creative Content Agency selected four brands to sponsor after screening.Castelbazak, Fila, Peaches, and Chai Kim were named. Fila also hit the jackpot with a virtual space fashion show.Fila's Smart Factory Live, which was held to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the brand's foundation, attracted nearly 70,000.Sales tripled. The epidemic has made the society face-to-face.Public institutions and companies created tools to promote, resulting in this result.Fashion shows that I used to watch in the field are now available on mobile, computer, tablet, and TV. Virtual reality is developing with the advent of COVID-19.Beyond VR, AR, and MR (mixed reality) to XR.Like an infectious disease without treatment, it has now become an inevitable coexistence.
